Who is responsible for your information?

Shape Your Brand LLC, a Florida limited liability company, owns and operates OpenGraph.so. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact us at hello@shapeyourbrand.com.

Information we collect and why

  • Account information: your name, email address, login details and account identifiers. We use this to create and secure your account and provide the service under our contract with you.
  • Your work: website addresses, scan results, prompts, brand settings, generated images, saved sites and API or agent activity. We process these to provide the features you request and maintain your history.
  • Support messages: messages and information you send us. We use these to respond, solve problems and keep appropriate records.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages viewed, feature activity, timestamps and diagnostic events. We use this for security, fraud prevention, reliability and product improvement based on our legitimate interests.
  • Marketing choices: your consent and communication preferences. We use these only with your consent or where the law otherwise permits.

Payment information is collected and handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. We receive transaction, subscription, invoice and customer identifiers needed to provide your plan and support your purchase, but we do not store your full card details.

Services we use

We share information only as needed with service providers working for us, including:

  • Google Analytics for aggregated website and product analytics.
  • Google Search Console to understand search visibility and site performance.
  • Snapsello Insights for product and visitor insights.
  • Paddle for purchases, subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds and billing support.
  • Lovable for hosting, account infrastructure and service emails.

We may also share information with professional advisers, such as legal or accounting advisers, and with authorities when the law requires it. If our business is reorganized, sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction under appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies or local storage for sign-in, security and core service functions. Google Analytics and Snapsello Insights may use analytics technologies to help us understand use and improve the service. You can limit non-essential cookies through the choices shown on the site, where available, or through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

How long we keep information

We keep account data and saved work while your account is active. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days unless we must retain specific records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Payment and accounting records are generally retained for up to seven years. Security logs and routine backups are kept only as long as reasonably necessary and then deleted or overwritten.

Security and international transfers

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, loss and misuse.

Our providers may process information outside your state or country. Where UK or EEA data is transferred internationally, we rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. UK and EEA users may complain to their local supervisory authority; we aim to answer valid requests within one month. Florida and other US residents may exercise any rights available under applicable state law.

Email hello@shapeyourbrand.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children and changes

OpenGraph.so is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us.

We may update this notice as the service or law changes. We will post the new date here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Please also read our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
